  24.    Part of the commercial package Symantec Anti‚ÄìVirus for Macintosh by Paul Cozza, this is generally considered the best of the Virus Prevention INITs.
  25.    It has several levels of protection, all of which block the known viruses.  The highest level of protection will detect a number of suspicious activities, or the use can customize which activities should give alerts.
  26.    As with the other prevention INITs when a suspicious activity occurs the user can 
  27. ‚ÄúAllow‚Äù or ‚ÄúDeny‚Äù it.  However SAM Intercept also gives a ‚ÄúLearn‚Äù option.  The program will then remember the type of action and the program attempting it and automatically allow it in the future.
